Wednesday Programs--The Oak Canyon Nature Center is offering a series of Wednesday evening nature programs through the summer months.
The schedule of programs for July is:
* Wednesday--”Exploring Owl Pellets”
* July 15--”On Safari in the Urban Jungle”
* July 22--”Bees in Your Back Yard”
* July 29--”Endangered Animals in California”
The programs begin at 7:30 p.m. at the center’s outdoor amphitheater and are free. Families are encouraged to attend.
For those interested, a naturalist will lead a twilight tour of the center’s grounds at 7, before each program. The nature center’s telescope will also be set up for the nighttime visitors.
