BELLA & BOSS: When Milan Panic hurried off last week to be Yugoslavia’s prime minister, he left a few things behind--such as his yacht The Bella. It’s still docked at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club and is pointed out by local tour boats. . . . Meanwhile, at ICN Pharmaceuticals in Costa Mesa, which Panic founded, spokesman Jack Sholl says some shocked employees are asking if they now call him Mr. Prime Minister. Sholl responds: “It’s still Mr. Chairman.”
