KCAL’s Newest: Bill Ritter has signed on as a reporter for KCAL Channel 9. Ritter, who will do general assignment and investigative reporting for the station, has worked as a reporter for KTTV Channel 11 in Los Angeles and KNSD Channel 39 in San Diego.
