SHERMAN OAKS : Attorney Is Named to Advisory Board

Sherman Oaks attorney Valerie Vanaman has been appointed to the Los Angeles County Family Support Advisory Board, Supervisor Ed Edelman’s office announced Thursday.
Vanaman often represents children and families in her current practice, an Edelman aide said. Previously, she was Legal Services attorney and a staff attorney with the Children’s Defense Fund.
The 12-member board advises the district attorney and the supervisors on family support services.
