BONSALL : 16-Year-Old Girl Dies in Car Crash

A 16-year-old Bonsall girl was killed Friday afternoon when the car in which she was a passenger went off Lilac Road near Camino del Cielo and struck a fence, authorities said.
Mary Yvette Diaz was pronounced dead at the scene of the 1:28 p.m. crash, said George Dickason, a county medical examiner’s spokesman.
Diaz was one of several people in a Chevy Blazer traveling east on Lilac Road. No one else in the car suffered serious injuries, Dickason said.
