HIGH JUMPING: Country heartthrob Billy Ray Cyrus may have made the quickest leap to concert arena-level headliner status ever seen. Last month he performed at the 275-seat Crazy Horse Steak House in Santa Ana. Come October, the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer returns to Orange County, but this time leapfrogs to the 19,000-capacity Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa. Have your stopwatches ready to see how quickly the show sells out after tickets go on sale Sunday morning.
