Going Near the Water: Randy and Paula Garcia are moving their surf wear shop a little closer to the water--from Rancho Santa Margarita, where it has operated for three years, to the Plaza De La Paz in Laguna Niguel.
The Wavesliders store offers beach wear for men and women as well as custom surfboards, bodyboards and skateboards.
