The state Assembly Special Committee on the Los Angeles Crisis has scheduled a series of public hearings on dimensions of the city and the riots. Hearings on the following subjects are planned:
July 24--Urban Planning and Transit.
July 31--Race Relations; Media Coverage of the Crisis.
Aug. 6--Education; Rebuild L.A.
Aug. 7--”Dream L.A.,” a look into the future of the city.
