Cam Data Acquisition: Cam Data Systems Inc. in Fountain Valley has reached an agreement to acquire the majority of assets of Sierra Associates in Foster City, Calif., for an undisclosed amount of cash.
The company said Sierra Associates sells and services cash register systems that are similar to those made by Cam Data.
