Hot Ticket: Shock jock Howard Stern has set NBC’s phones a-ringing, without even saying a word. The network has been flooded with requests for tickets to today’s taping of “The Tonight Show” where Stern will be a guest. Ticket requests were cut off more than a week ago, and more than 200 in-house requests were turned down. Just 401 Stern fans will fit into the studio where “Tonight” is taped at NBC in Burbank. Others will have to wait until the show airs at 11:35 tonight on Channel 4.
