Argument Leads to a Shooting

A 25-year-old man was shot in the neck Wednesday while he sat in his car in the 300 block of Del Rio Way, the Sheriff’s Department said.
Richard Aguirre of Vista was taken by Life Flight helicopter to Palomar Medical Center. His family has asked that no information on his condition be released, a spokeswoman there said. The shooting, which occurred at 5:30 p.m., was the result of an argument, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman said.
A suspect, identified as Miguel Lopez, also 25 and of Vista, fled in a blue Chevrolet Camero, he added.
