OLD NEWS? Roger W. Johnson, chairman of Western Digital Corp. of Irvine, isn’t keen on finding himself in this week’s Forbes. . . . The magazine jabs his tangled English in a 1991 report explaining the company’s financial woes--one sentence was 52 words. Answers Johnson: His company is recovering and expects to show a fourth-quarter profit. He adds: “If Forbes has to dig that far back for news, it can’t be very current.”
