The San Antonio Spurs said they have made an offer to restricted free agent Larry Stewart of the Washington Bullets. The Bullets have 15 days to match the offer for Stewart, a a 6-foot-8, 220-pound power forward who played in 76 games as a rookie for the Bullets last season.
