Zoo Camp--A program offered through Orange Coast College begins Monday at the Santa Ana Zoo. Transportation from the college is included in the five-day program.
Campers will participate in natural science workshops, a trip to the Los Angeles Zoo and an evening potluck barbecue.
The program’s hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday; 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Wetlands Tours--Guided public tours of the Bolsa Chica wetlands will be held Saturday morning. The tours, sponsored by Amigos de Bolsa Chica, will depart every 20 minutes beginning at 9 a.m. from the wetlands’ ecological reserve. The last tour will depart at 10:30 a.m.
Those who would like to take the tour are asked to meet at the ecological reserve on Pacific Coast Highway, about one-half mile south of Warner Avenue, across from Bolsa Chica State Beach.
Bay Tours--A guided tour of the Upper Newport Bay Ecological Reserve will also be offered Saturday, beginning at 9 a.m.
The tour is free for California Wildlife Campaign members, $2.50 for non-members. The naturalist-led tour lasts about 2 1/2 hours.
Those who would like to participate are asked to meet at Backbay and Eastbluff drives in Newport Beach. For more information, call (714) 640-6746.
