Nigel Mansell of Britain will seek his eighth victory in 10 races from the pole position in today’s German Grand Prix at Hockenheim.
Mansell, the Formula One points leader, averaged 155.267 m.p.h. with a 1-minute 37.960-second lap, .350 seconds ahead of teammate Riccardo Patrese of Italy.
