Insurance Auto Auctions Buys Arrow Factors Co.

Insurance Auto Auctions Inc., a North Hollywood company that conducts vehicle auctions for the insurance industry, said it has acquired Arrow Factors Co., an auto salvage pool in Oregon.
Terms of the all-cash deal were not disclosed. It is Insurance Auto’s second acquisition of a salvage pool this year.
Insurance Auto said it expects to complete the transaction by the end of the month, and predicted the acquisition would boost its 1992 earnings.
