Role Call: Actor Ronny Cox will be commanding the Starship Enterprise on two upcoming episodes of “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” Playing the role of a cold and selfish captain, Cox takes over when Capt.Picard (Patrick Stewart) is captured and tortured. . . . Robert Blake ends a seven-year, self-imposed hiatus from acting by taking the title role in a CBS movie tentatively titled “The John List Story,” about the real-life killer who was the basis for “The Stepfather” movies. It goes into production later this month in Vancouver. . . . Bud Grant Productions is developing a two-hour TV movie based on the story of Percy Ricks, an African-American sergeant who in the mid-’40s was assigned to command the Army’s first integrated Army unit.
