Managing Director of British Company Elected to Expanded Ropak Corp. Board

David Williams has been elected to the board of directors of Ropak Corp., expanding the number of directors to eight. Williams is a managing director of Linpac Mouldings Ltd. in Birmingham, England, which acquired a 9% stake in Ropak in May. Ropak, based in Fullerton, is a maker of plastic packaging and handling products for food, coatings, and a variety of agricultural materials.
