Duarte : City Joins ‘Adopt a Wall’

City officials hope to speed cleanup of graffiti along the 210 and 605 freeway interchange by participating in Caltrans’ “Adopt a Wall” program.

Caltrans crews remove graffiti from freeway infrastructures. But with crews inundated by the graffiti throughout the Los Angeles basin, the agency has the voluntary program whereby local cities, businesses and individuals take over cleanup of specific freeway sites.
