Japan America Society to Fete B of A

DOWNTOWN — Bank of America and its chief executive officer, Richard Rosenberg, will receive the Japan America Society’s International Citizen Award at the society’s 83rd anniversary dinner Monday.
The society’s most significant award, the Kokusai Shimin Sho, honors an individual or organization committed to strengthening the bonds between Japan and the United States and who has enhanced understanding between the two nations.
The dinner and program begin at 7 p.m. at the Biltmore Hotel, 506 S. Grand Ave. The cost is $100 per person. Information: (213) 627-6217.
