Watson General Corp.: The company said Tuesday that the Navy has selected the company’s software to monitor underground tanks at Miramar Naval Station in San Diego. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The software, called TankControl, detects leaks or other problems in underground petroleum storage tanks. Irvine-based Watson General provides remote software monitoring systems for more than 2,500 underground storage tanks in the United States.
