Unilab Corp.: The Tarzana-based provider of clinical laboratory testing services, said Tuesday that it has acquired a laboratory at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the company said that the existing St. Joseph Diagnostic Laboratory generates about $2.4 million in annual revenue. Unilab also has wholly owned laboratory facilities in Los Angeles, San Jose and Sacramento. It also has a 40% stake in Unilabs Group Ltd., which has facilities in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
