Oracle Forges Deal With British Telecommunications: Oracle Corp. said it will provide software and systems services for British Telecommunications’ planned delivery of interactive multimedia services to homes. Trials are under way in Kesgrave, England. This is the first selection by an overseas company of Oracle’s technology. The Redwood Shores, Calif., company has similar agreements with two regional Bell operating companies, US West and Bell Atlantic Corp.
