* James E. Daugherty has been appointed chief financial officer of Statordyne Corp., an Anaheim manufacturer of power protection products. Daugherty was previously with Pete Ellis Auto Centers, where he served as vice president for finance, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer. Before that he was vice president finance, chief financial officer and treasurer for Photomatrix Corp., a manufacturer and supplier of imaging products and services.
