Help Planned for Vietnam: The government has agreed to help Vietnam develop the transportation infrastructure in Hanoi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. The two countries signed a memorandum of understanding on a transportation project for Hanoi, under which they will cooperate on the development of a traffic engineering and management system, the improvement of bus services and the drafting of a road code. This is the second major technical cooperation project for the two countries, the ministry said.
