Agent for Change: Real estate agents, still needing as much help as they can get in this slow economy, have begun a marketing association. Creative Marketing Assn., based in Santa Ana, promises to educate agents on marketing their listings and help them find buyers by networking with other agents.
The founder is Albert Brown, a 23-year veteran of the California real estate business. The organization will meet Wednesday evenings at 7, beginning March 23, at First American Title Insurance Co., 114 East 5th St., Santa Ana.
