John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Bjorn Borg, Ivan Lendl and Mats Wilander will be back on the tennis circuit together in a five-city tour beginning next month.
The tour begins in Denver April 21, then continues in Anaheim, April 23; Chicago, Sept. 23; Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 24; and culminates in Key Biscayne, Fla., on Dec. 3.
Four of the five will compete at each stop, with each playing a regular tie-break set against each of the others, a total of six sets per night. McEnroe, Connors and Borg will play every stop. Wilander, who won three of the four Grand Slam tournaments in 1988, will play in Denver and Anaheim, with Lendl taking over in Chicago.
