Pacific Chorale Names New Exec

IRVINE — Gregory A. Silberman, 40, has been appointed executive director of the Pacific Chorale, replacing Bonnie L. McClain, who resigned for personal reasons to return to her home in Iowa. McClain had served in several capacities for the chorale for seven years. Silberman was most recently executive director of the Austin (Tex.) Choral Union. He will start at the chorale Tuesday.
