Hilton to Start Selling Own Products: Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corp. said it will enter the retail and licensing business, selling Hilton brand merchandise through stores in its hotels and casinos and on television. President Raymond Avansino Jr. declined to say what products Hilton will license. Hilton’s first retail outlet will open within 30 days in New Orleans, where the company has both a hotel and its Queen of New Orleans riverboat casino.
