Citibank to Open Two Branches: The U.S. company plans to open the branches within the next 15 months--one in Hanoi and one in Ho Chi Minh City, its local representative said. The plan, dependent on approval by the State Bank of Vietnam, matches the one announced last month by Bank of America, the only other U.S. bank operating in Vietnam.
