Judge Denies Marciano Injunction Bid: U.S. District Judge A. Wallace Tashima has denied a request by former Guess Inc. Chairman Georges Marciano for an injunction on the sale of some Guess clothing pending a trial on trademark infringement claims. Marciano has sued his former firm and two brothers, to whom he relinquished control of Guess, claiming they are selling clothing under a trademark that is owned by his company, Georges Marciano Inc.
