Compass Management Selects Kohlhoff as Vice President

James T. Kohlhoff has been appointed vice president of Compass Management and Leasing Inc.’s Southern California region. He will be responsible for the operations and management of the region that includes Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties and Arizona. Kohlhoff was formerly managing director at First Interstate Tower in Los Angeles. Before joining Compass in 1991, he was principal/managing director of asset management for Williams Partners in San Diego.
