Former Labor Leader Fined for Speeding

SAFFRON WALDEN, England — Neil Kinnock, the former Labor Party leader, was fined $250 Friday for driving his car at more than 100 m.p.h.
The Saffron Walden magistrates also banned him from driving for seven days.
It was the second time in three months the 51-year-old member of Parliament had been caught speeding, magistrates were told.
