LAGUNA BEACH — The windows of at least nine vehicles parked on residential streets were shattered by gunfire sometime between 11:30 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
“It looks like somebody was driving by and just fired into these vehicles,” Officer Jon Fehlman said. “We don’t have any idea who would have done something like this.”
The windows were shot with either a small-caliber handgun or a BB gun, he said.
Six of the vehicles were parked on Bluebird Canyon Drive, two on High Drive and one on Hillcrest Drive.
