CEC Properties Buys Golf Course Firm

NEWPORT BEACH — CEC Properties Inc. said it has completed its acquisition of Classic Golf Management, a Georgia company that specializes in managing and maintaining golf courses. Terms were not disclosed.
CEC is a holding company. Its CEC Properties Corp. owns and rents residential and commercial real estate.
