Kansas City Chief quarterback Elvis Grbac will sit out at least a month after breaking a broken collarbone in Monday’s victory over Pittsburgh. Rich Gannon will replace him. . . . Steeler linebacker Greg Lloyd was fined $15,000 by the NFL for a hit on Jacksonville receiver Keenan McCardell that he said was in retaliation for a threatening phone call. The league said it found no evidence of such a call. . . . The San Diego Chargers released tight end Alfred Pupunu.
