Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating a man and three women on outstanding felony warrants.
Investigators are searching for Gary Francis Fisher, 37, who is wanted on suspicion of selling drugs.
Earlier this year, Fisher was arrested on possession of marijuana for sale. Although he was released from custody, a warrant was issued for his arrest in October, officials said.
He is described as 5 feet, 10 inches and 175 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Fisher has lightning bolts tattooed on his upper left arm. He frequents the La Conchita area, but may have moved to Shasta County, officials said.
Cathy Gay Youngblood, 46, is wanted for probation violations.
Youngblood, also known as Cathy Taylor, Cathy Burks and Cathy Deforest, was on probation after being convicted of selling dangerous drugs, officials said.
She is described as 5 feet, 6 inches and 145 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair. Youngblood has a pair of wings tattooed on the right side of her back and a devil tattooed on her buttocks.
Vonda Renee Shrader, 30, is wanted for violating the terms of her probation.
Shrader, also known as Vonda Renee Cicoro, was placed on probation after being convicted of possession of drugs. She violated her probation terms after testing positive for drugs, officials said.
She is described as 5 feet, 2 inches and 110 pounds, with hazel eyes and blond hair.
Shrader used to work as an exotic dancer for Fox Entertainment in Ventura, and went by the stage name Shala. She may be living in the Ventura Avenue area, officials said.
Investigators also are looking for Deidre Lynn Stackhouse, 36, who has three outstanding felony warrants for forgery and drug charges.
Stackhouse, also known as Dee Dee Campbell and Dee Dee Stackhouse, is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 145 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
Investigators are encouraging anyone with information on the wanted fugitives to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.
Tipsters may call anonymously and if the information leads to an arrest and conviction, they could receive rewards of up to $1,000, officials said.
