Carnival to Promote Ethnic Awareness

The Walk for Funderstanding and Carnival will be held 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Seal Beach Pier.
Sponsored by Los Alamitos High School’s human relations club and all district schools, the event is designed to promote community awareness and appreciation of diversity.
With a $15 registration fee, walk participants receive a T-shirt. The carnival will feature booths and prizes, along with a barbecue hosted by the Seaside Lions.
