Frank Reich could replace Scott Mitchell at quarterback when the Detroit Lions play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
Mitchell underwent an MRI on his right hamstring Monday and his status is still undetermined.
Reich replaced Mitchell in the second quarter of the Lions’ 30-7 loss to the Washington Redskins on Sunday. He was 10 for 28 for 110 yards with two interceptions.
