New Editorial Cartoon Premieres

Staff artist Paul Duginski will draw a local cartoon that premieres today on the Orange County opinion page, and will appear there periodically. Duginski’s cartoons previously have appeared on The Times’ commentary page, and in the Christian Science Monitor, the New York Times, the Sacramento Bee and other publications. Since 1996, his illustrations have accompanied Orange County Voices articles on the same page.
