The microcomputer lab at Cypress College is open to the public through Dec. 5. Users may write term papers, design holiday cards or sharpen computer skills. Hours are Mondays through Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Cost: a one-time fee of $10. Information: (714) 828-2490. ISSUES--The Orange County Human Relations Commission will hold a panel discussion on gay issues in schools. The session will be at 7 p.m. Friday in the UC Irvine Student Center, Monarch Bay Rooms A and B. Cost: $10. Information: (562) 434-2041.
