Youth Sports Grants Are Up for Grabs

The city is offering $150,000 to local sports organizations as part of the Youth Sports Grant Program.
Applications are available through the Community Services Department.
The deadline to apply is Jan. 15.
This is the third year that the Huntington Beach City Council has sponsored the program, with the grant total increased from an initial $25,000 to the $150,000 that will be awarded in 1998.
