Shopping.Com to Trade Over-the-Counter

CORONA DEL MAR — Shopping.Com’s initial public offering of 1.3 million common shares was priced Tuesday at $9 a share.
The company, which markets a variety of products and services on the Internet, said the stock will trade over-the-counter.
The company said the offering is underwritten by Waldron & Co. The underwriters have been granted a 195,000-share over-allotment option.
