Javelin to Acquire Posnet, CCI

IRVINE — Javelin Systems Inc. said Tuesday it signed an agreement to acquire CCI Group Inc. of St. Louis and Posnet Computers Inc. of Huntington Beach. Both provide services for food-service industry point-of-sale computers.
The company said it expects definitive agreements will be completed within 60 days. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Irvine-based Javelin sells open system, touch-screen and point-of-sale computers to the food service, retail and industrial markets.
