Granada Dining

As a frequent Spain-goer (since 1953), I read your article about Granada (“Off the Walls,” March 8) with great interest, but I would quibble about one point.
I wonder at the choice of El Molino as the only restaurant mentioned. Not only is it extremely hard to find (we spent almost an hour one time), but it is 15 miles outside town. There are half a dozen restaurants right in Granada--including one at the Parador de San Francisco--that are as good and easily accessible. As most visitors will have trouble getting accommodations at the parador, eating there is a good way to soak up its ambience and history.
