Schmid Insulation Moving From Simi to Oxnard

Schmid Insulation, a national insulation and fireplace company, has leased a 5,300-square-foot industrial building in Oxnard to relocate and expand its area office from its previous Simi Valley location.

The company, which has seven branch offices in California, has begun moving into the new office in the Northfield Business Park, 350 Hearst Drive.

Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Schmid Insulation and the property owner, Michael Murphy, in the lease transaction.
