SCN Services Moves to Oxnard

SCN Services, a magazine distributor, relocated to Oxnard from Ventura after a search for a more suitable, roomier location in its former hometown proved unsuccessful. SCN leased about 7,300 square feet of warehouse space in the Vineyard Industrial Park on Lambert Street.
Fred Ferro of Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the building owner, Seacoast Associates, in the two-year lease transaction. Ed Rouse and George Eales of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented SCN.
