Kofax Image Products Inc.: The Irvine supplier of document imaging software and scanner enhancement products posted record net income of $834,000, or 15 cents a share, for the third quarter, 38% higher than the $604,000, or 14 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 increased 12% to $8.5 million from $7.6 million. Net income for the nine months rose 44% to $2.3 million, or 45 cents a share, from $1.6 million, or 37 cents a share, for the first nine months of the prior fiscal year. Revenue advanced 12% to $24.4 million from $21.7 million.
