Neighbors Sue to Block Proposed Grade School

Residents near the proposed Lorin Griset Elementary School in Santa Ana have sued to block the project unless the district does more environmental studies. The West Floral Homeowners Assn. and residents of West Memory Lane filed the suit Friday.
Santa Ana school officials said the project meets all environmental guidelines and that further delays could jeopardize state funding of the school.
