Garofalo Resigns From Bank Board

Former Huntington Beach Councilman Dave Garofalo has resigned from the board of directors of Pacific Liberty Bank.
Rick Ganulin, president and CEO, said Garofalo, a founding director, quit to devote more time to personal and business affairs.
Garofalo left the City Council in December and pleaded guilty this month to charges that he violated state conflict-of-interest laws by repeatedly voting on projects whose owners had bought ads in his publications.
